We are participating in the 34th Annual Care Dimensions Walk for Hospice Virtual 2.0 to remember my mom Mary, to celebrate her wonderful care givers and to raise funds so other patients and families can have the best quality and most comprehensive end-of-life care possible, when they need it most.
I lost not only my mom, but my best friend, Mary Hoehn on May 26, 2021. This is my first year doing this walk and I am hoping to raise a lot of money to help other seniors out there that need assistance. The Care Dimensions staff were the first people to treat my mom like a person and not like a number. When I wasn't sure how to handle things they were there. The nurses are always out to make sure their patients and caregivers are cared for and comfortable. Their doctors do house calls!!! Their Chaplain Kevincame out to the house to give mom some spiritual strength for her final journey. I cannot say enough good about this organization.
I would recommend Care Dimensions to anyone who has an elderly parent, they are all incredible caring people
If you can't join our team then please donate to the cause. We will be doing our walk on July 17, 2021.
