They say it takes a village to get through life, and a village is what Carol created. 

We are walking in memory of our beautiful mom who courageously fought cancer for 25 years. Our family is eternally grateful that her final days were spent at the Kaplan Family Hospice House where she received excellent care from the nurses, doctors and staff. Our family was able to focus on being present with our mom, laughing, crying and reminiscing on the amazing life she lived in a quiet and peaceful facility. 

We will be walking in September to honor Carol's legacy and to give gratitude to the Care Dimensions Team. 

I am participating in in the Annual Walk for Hospice to remember loved ones and to raise essential funds to ensure Care Dimensions can provide expert and compassionate care to patients and their families when they need it most.
