Welcome to Susan's Personal Page (aka Team Cheryl) - in honor of Cheryl
Hello friends! I am walking in the 34th Annual Walk for Hospice (hopefully) along with family and friends) to remember our beloved Cheryl and to raise essential funds so that Care Dimensions can provide expert, compassionate care to patients and their families when they need it most. Care Dimensions serves more than 2,000 patients every day, wherever they call home. Their team of doctors, nurses, social workers, chaplains, and aides works to provide a complete continuum of care.
Although the Walk has gone virtual again this year, I will still join thousands of walkers who, like me, believe that patients and their families should have the best quality and the most comprehensive end-of-life care possible. The funds raised in the Walk for Hospice help to bridge gaps in funding and ensures that exemplary care is given to all patients and their loved ones. Your support of this event means that no patient is ever turned away, regardless of their ability to pay.
Thank you for visiting my page. With your support, we can make the difficult paths easier.
*For our walk this year, my husband and I are planning another hike through Lynn Woods in Massachusetts, where generations of our family spent hours walking and playing and exploring. We will be joined this year by my brother and our nephew! Last year I painted pebbles with images symbolic of things my sister liked or special to my relationship with her and will do the same for this walk. We hope that our walk and the painted pebbles will inspire others to learn more about Care Dimensions and the wonderful work you do!
