Join me as I raise money for Care Dimensions!

I am walking in the Annual Care Dimensions Walk for Hospice to remember my parents Carolyn and Richard "Dick" Collari, and my aunt, Ann (Collari) Sordillo, and to raise essential funds so that Care Dimensions can provide expert, compassionate care to patients and their families when they need it most. Care Dimensions serves more than 2,000 patients every day, wherever they call home. Their team of doctors, nurses, social workers, chaplains, and aides works to provide a complete continuum of care.  Care Dimensions cared for my father, Dick Collari, and my aunt, Ann (Collari) Sordillo.

I will join thousands of walkers who, like me, believe that patients and their families should have the best quality and the most comprehensive end-of-life care possible. The funds raised in the Walk for Hospice help to bridge gaps in funding and ensures that exemplary care is given to all patients and their loved ones. Your support of this event means that no patient is ever turned away, regardless of their ability to pay.
