I am participating in the Annual Walk for Hospice to remember loved ones and to raise essential funds to ensure Care Dimensions can provide expert and compassionate care to patients and their families when they need it most. I walk in memory of Jenn Oakes, Robbie Sweeney, Dick Collari and Barbara Vernerey.
I am on Team No One Walks Alone and along with my teammates, Krissy Vigneaux and Karen Troake, will join the community of walkers who, like me, believe that patients and their families on end-of-life journeys should receive expert and compassionate care. The funds raised in the Walk for Hospice safeguard Care Dimensions ability to offer vital services including complementary therapy such as music, pet, Reiki and massage, grief support,community education, volunteer program and a family fund to help with urgent, non-medical needs.
