Care Dimensions Hospice Walk
I am participating in in the Annual Walk for Hospice to remember loved ones and to raise essential funds to ensure Care Dimensions can provide expert and compassionate care to patients and their families when they need it most.
The funds raised in the Walk for Hospice helps Care Dimensions offer vital services including complementary therapy such as music, pet, Reiki and massage, grief support, community education, volunteer program and a family fund to help with urgent, non-medical needs.
