I will be walking with my son Ethan and my CCC colleagues in the annual Care Dimensions Walk for Hospice and am asking for your support. Our family has benefitted so much from Care Dimensions' excellent services this past year and we are so very grateful!

We walk to remember loved ones - especially for dear friend and colleague, Christie who started CCC's participation in this event - and to raise funds so that Care Dimensions can provide expert, compassionate care to patients and their families when they need it most.
