It is again time for the the Annual Walk for Hospice to remember loved ones and to raise essential funds to ensure Care Dimensions.
Please join me and register or donate to ensure all patients and their families receive expert and compassionate care on their end of life journey. This year I am walking in memory of several patients who have made an impact on my practice. I have learned so much from so many patients and families during my 17 years at Care Dimensions. Walking and raising money for Care Dimensions is one way I can carry on their legacies by helping others receive the same care and opportunities they did at end of life.
