Once again I am walking in the Annual Walk for Hospice to remember all of the individuals and their families that I have cared for over the last 15 years.  This year the Annual Walk is particularly important as Care Dimensions like so many other organizations has felt the effects of the pandemic.  Many of the programs and services provided are not covered by insurance.  Every year the Walk helps to raise essential funds so that Care Dimensions can continue to provide these services to those who need them.  Funds raised will allow Care Dimensions to continue to provide services such as music therapy, massage therapy, adult and pediatric palliative care, and supportive services. Your support of this event means that these services to those patients at the time when they are needed most can continue. Thank you for visiting my page.
