TEAM HIGGINS will be walking together again this year for our 17th year supporting Care Dimensions in memory of:

We are walking again and asking for your support to raise essential funds so that Care Dimensions can provide expert, compassionate care to patients and their families when they need it most. Care Dimensions holds our deepest appreciation and respect for the care and support they provided Vinnie.

Care Dimensions serves more than 2,000 patients every day, wherever they call home. Their team of doctors, nurses, social workers, chaplains, and aides works to provide a complete continuum of care.

The Walk for Hospice is a family tradition to gather to thank Care Dimensions and remember how appreciative Vinnie was of the Hospice team. Thousands of walkers, like us, believe that patients and their families should have the best quality and the most comprehensive end-of-life care possible. Your support of this event means that no patient is ever turned away, regardless of their ability to pay.
