I am participating in in the Annual Walk for Hospice to remember and honor my late mother, Robbie Sweeney, who passed too soon in 2015. By walking, I raise essential funds to ensure Care Dimensions can provide expert and compassionate care to patients and their families when they need it most. If you have never had to rely on hospice care, consider yourself very fortunate. If you have, I am sure you were thankful and understand the importance of supporting the work these angels do.
I will join a community of walkers who, like me, believe that patients and their families on end-of-life journeys should receive expert and compassionate care. The funds raised in the Walk for Hospice safeguard Care Dimensions ability to offer such vital services to anyone who needs it.
