Welcome to My Personal Page- I am "Going the Social Distance!"

Join me as I raise money for Care Dimensions!
I am walking in memory of my parents Dorothy and Dave Winchester and my Godfather Richard Joly. They are all missed greatly and although my parents did not benefit from our services, I'm grateful that during Uncle Joly's journey his family was supported by the care and attention of our Care Dimensions team of clinicians and volunteers.
I am walking in the Annual Care Dimensions Walk for Hospice to also remember many other family, friends and neighbors who benefit from our care and to raise essential funds so that Care Dimensions can provide expert, compassionate care to patients and their families when they need it most.
Care Dimensions serves more than 2,000 patients every day, wherever they call home. Our team of doctors, nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers and aides works to provide a complete continuum of care.
Although the Walk has gone virtual this year, I will still join thousands of walkers who, like me, believe that patients and their families should have the best quality and the most comprehensive end-of-life care possible. The funds raised in the Walk for Hospice help to bridge gaps in funding and ensures that exemplary care is given to all patients and their loved ones. Your support of this event means that no patient is ever turned away, regardless of their ability to pay.
Thank you for visiting my page. With your support, we can make the difficult paths easier. I'm proud to work for an organization with such a patient and family centered mission.
Please join us for the walk!
Jean
