We are participating in in the Annual Walk for Hospice to remember loved ones and to raise essential funds to ensure expert and compassionate care to patients and their families when they need it most. Care Dimensions serves more than 2,000 patients every day, wherever they call home.

We will join thousands of walkers who, like us, believe that patients and their families should have the most comprehensive end-of-life care possible regardless of diagnosis or financial resources. The funds raised in the Walk for Hospice safeguards Care Dimensions ability to offer vital services including complementary therapy such as music, pet, Reiki and massage, grief support to anyone experiencing a loss, community education, volunteer program and a family fund to help with urgent, non-medical needs.
