| As we celebrate our 34th Tree of Lights, we invite you to join us as we commemorate our loved ones who remain in our hearts with an honorary light. Your tax-deductible gift will light up the evening sky and support Care Dimensions’ programs and services for our seriously ill patients and their families. Care Dimensions will host four lighting ceremonies this December offering the community the opportunity to gather and reflect.
