    Always Remembered – Always Treasured – Always Honored

     

    As we celebrate our 32nd Tree of Lights, we invite you to join us as we commemorate
    our loved ones who remain in our hearts with an honorary light.

    Your tax-deductible gift will light up the evening sky and support Care Dimensions’
    programs and services for our terminally ill patients and their families.

    Care Dimensions will host four lighting ceremonies this December
    offering the community the opportunity to gather and reflect. 

    Please join us as we remember, treasure, and honor our patients and their loved ones.
    All ceremonies are followed by a reception with an opportunity to view the Tribute Book.
