Shine a Light for All to See

Honor a loved one by illuminating a light on one of Care Dimensions Hospice Tree of Lights and inscribing their name in the Tree of Lights Honor Roll Book.

With the safety of both you and our communities in mind, this year Care Dimensions invites you to join us from the comfort and warmth of your home for our tree-lighting ceremony on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at 5:30 p.m., with all the tradition and reverence you have cherished in years past.

 After December 8, lights will shine at the following locations:

 The Honor Roll book is updated weekly, where you can see the names of those you hold dear and easily send others a link.
