Support Care Dimensions COVID-19 Response Fund

Since the beginning, philanthropy has been a large part of our organization’s story. Generous contributions from supporters have allowed us to expand care and strengthen services to meet the ever-changing needs of our community. Today, as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve, ongoing support is especially important.

As hospice providers, our staff are on the front lines delivering care and working to overcome challenges to care delivery. There is an increase in demand and in the cost for crucial medical supplies to keep staff and the wider community safe.

Additionally, the COVID-19 crisis and closures is putting more financial stress on our patients’ families and there is an increased demand for financial assistance for patients who are uninsured as well as requests to our Family Fund. The Family Fund provides grants for critical, non-medical expenses such as groceries, utilities, and rent.
