Welcome to My Personal Page
I am walking in the 33rd Annual Walk for Hospice to remember my friend, Paul Devoe and to raise essential funds so that Care Dimensions can provide expert, compassionate care to patients and their families when they need it most. Care Dimensions serves more than 2,000 patients every day, wherever they call home. Their team of doctors, nurses, social workers, chaplains, and aides works to provide a complete continuum of care.
Although the Walk has gone virtual this year, I will still join thousands of walkers who, like me, believe that patients and their families should have the best quality and the most comprehensive end-of-life care possible. The funds raised in the Walk for Hospice help to bridge gaps in funding and ensures that exemplary care is given to all patients and their loved ones. Your support of this event means that no patient is ever turned away, regardless of their ability to pay.
Our friend, Paul passed away after losing his battle with pancreatic cancer. Every year until this past January, he collected donations and participated in the annual FREEZE Your TUSH Off for charity ocean dip on New Year's day. He always raised the most money and willingly dipped into the frigid ocean to benefit the Salem Pantry. His fundraising helped others and I am walking to honor his spirit of giving and resiliency.
I am planning to walk 5 miles that day and I hope you can help me by making a donation. Even a few dollars will help Care Dimensions continue their work.
Thank you for visiting my page. With your support, we can make the difficult paths easier.
