Hospice is a topic close to my heart!
Please join me to raise money for Care Dimensions
Dear friends and family,
I am walking in the 32nd Annual Care Dimensions Walk for Hospice to honor Mom and Dad and to raise essential funds so that Care Dimensions can provide expert, compassionate care to patients and their families when they need it most. Care Dimensions serves more than 1,200 patients every day, wherever they call home. Our team of doctors, nurses, social workers, chaplains, and aides works to provide a complete continuum of care. As you may know, I am a weekly hospice volunteer at the Kaplan Family Hospice House where Mom was so lovingly cared for until her death there just two years ago.
On September 29th, I will join thousands of walkers who, like me, believe that patients and their families should have the best quality and the most comprehensive end-of-life care possible. The funds raised in the Walk for Hospice help to bridge gaps in funding and ensure that exemplary care is given to all patients and their loved ones. Our support of this event means that no patient is ever turned away, regardless of their ability to pay.
Thank you for visiting my page. With your support, together we can make the difficult paths easier.
